Shipping Policy
Overview:
Surgicrafts is committed to delivering covering range all type of Surgical, Dental, beauty care products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines the various options and associated costs for orders placed through our email communications, website, social media channels or by any other means.
Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping methods to our customers according to their needs and budget, with shipping delivery times ranging from 1-week, 2-weeks, 3-weeks, 4-weeks or above, the delivery time depend on volumes or quantity.
· Standard Ground: The most economical option, delivering your order within 3-4 weeks.
· Expedited Ground: A faster option for urgent needs, delivering within a week time.
· Air Freight: We adopt fastest option for transportations through airfreight, with delivery within week time OR through Courier deliveries within 3-4 business days.
· Sea-Freight Deliveries are shipped through sea and delivery time depend on destination shipping port, some have transit time 35-40 days, some have 60-65 days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of customer purchase orders, the chosen shipping method, and delivery destination.
International Shipping:
We currently ship the consignment via DHL, FedEx, Skynet, EasyCargo, as well as through International airlines, Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order for international shipping.
Delivery Requirements:
· The Importers companies must be present complete shipping delivery address
· We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
· Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas or addresses requiring lift gate service for heavy equipment.
Order Tracking:
Once customer’s purchase orders are shipped a complete tracking information’s are passed via email, whatsapp. Customers can use the airway bill number to track the consignment progress on the carrier's website.
Delivery Insurance:
All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. inbound shipping is not covered.
